Introduction diving is ideal for anyone, who has never dived before and would like to give it a try. Your instructor will help you fill in the necessary paperwork, introduce you to the diving equipment and explain everything you need to know. When you’re ready, you will enter the water and try breathing underwater for the first time. Once you’re comfortable, your instructor will take you on an underwater tour to a depth of around 5 meters (the maximum depth is 12 meters). The duration of the dive depends among others on the dive site, it’s usually between 30-45 minutes. During the whole time, the instructor will take care of your equipment, so all you have to do is breathe, relax and enjoy the Red Sea in a new way. After the dive, you can help yourself with little refreshment, relax on the beach or get back in the water for some snorkeling. Shore diving usually takes half a day, so you can have a free afternoon for other activities.

Before any diving activity, you will have to fill in and sign the Diver Medical Questionnaire.
